Details of the special Offer “up to 800+ in your wallet”

  • Parties, covered by the special offer “up to 800+ in your wallet” are organised in Inca Play from Monday to Friday, beginning between 17:00 and 17:30.
  • The special offer “up to 800+ in your wallet” applies to the following birthday party packages
    • Comfort Package, beginning at 17:30 at the latest
    • Premium Package (Star and Superstar) beginning at 17:30 at the latest
  • Organisers of birthday parties may use the special offer “up to 800+ in your wallet” according to the following rules:
  • The special offer “up to 800+ in your wallet” encompasses parties organised for over 15 children. Each additional child over the required 15, paid for according to the price list of chosen package, participates for free. The maximum number of additional children for free is 5- 15 children + 5 children free of charge
  • The Inca Play playground reserves the right to organise one party covered by the offer daily on designated promotional days.
  • If the organisation of a party covered by the offer is impossible on a given day, the reception employee/shift manager is obliged to propose the first possible date at which an organiser can use the special offer “up to 800+ in your wallet”.
  • Inca Play reserves the right to limit the duration of the “special birthday offer”.

Regulations of the Special Offer “up to 800+ in your wallet”

  1. These Birthday Regulations “up to 800+ in your wallet” (known hereinafter as “Regulations”) determine the rights and obligations of persons organising and participating in parties organised in Inca Play. These Regulations apply on the premises of the Inca Play playground.
  2. The entity in charge of operating and maintenance of the Inca Play playground and introducing these Regulations in Magic City Sp. z. z. With headquarters in Warsaw, contact number: 22 311 75 11, e-mail:
  3. The making of a reservation is equivalent to the acceptance of these Regulations and the Regulations of the Inca Play Playground. The Inca Play receptionist (the person coordinating reception work at the Inca Play reception) is obliged to inform the organiser (i.e. the person wishing to organise a birthday party at Inca Play) about the possibility of familiarising themselves with these Regulations available on the www.incaplay.pl website. At the organiser’s request, the reception employee will send these Regulations to an e-mail address provided by the organiser.
  4. The organiser and participants of the party are obliged to adhere to these Regulations as well as the Regulations of the Inca Play Playground, Inca Play Cafe Regulations and the Regulations of individual attractions found on Inca Play premises.
  5. Birthday parties are organised for children up to the age of 14. The Organiser must be of legal age.
  6. The Organiser is obliged to provide care and supervision of invited children. The birthday coordinator (person responsible for the technical service of the party) and animator (person running the animation and workshops for children, also acting as coordinator) will not provide care for children participating in the party. The Organiser is obliged to remain on Inca Play premises for the duration of the party and until the last party participant has not left Inca Play or ensure, that each party participant remaining in the playground is accompanied by a guardian (person responsible for child using the playground).
  7. The Inca Play Administrator (Director managing playground) and Blue City Shopping Centre Administrator are not liable for any damage incurred during the party held in Inca Play, unless the damage was incurred through their fault. All responsibility falls on the Organiser of the party and guardians of children participating in the event. In particular, the Organiser is responsible for any damage to decorative elements found in the birthday rooms and will be obliged to carry out any repairs they require or to cover the costs of repair for the given damage.

  9. In order to use the additionally paid slot machines found on Inca Play premises, the user must pay a fee of 4zł/game by cash or card for each individual game. Details are to be found in the offer and Playground regulations.
  10. The minimum number of children for whom the Organiser pays is 10.
  11. Birthday parties covered by the special offer “up to 800+ in your wallet” are organised in Inca Play from Monday to Friday beginning between 17:00 and 17:30.
  12. The special offer “up to 800+ in your wallet” applies on days from Monday to Friday in reference to the following birthday packages:
    • Comfort package, beginning at 17:30 at the latest
    • Premium package (Star and Superstar), beginning at 17:30 at the latest
  13. The special birthday offer “up to 800+ in your wallet” may be used by party organisers according to packages and days mentioned in points 11 and 12 of these regulations according to the following rules:
    13.1 The special offer “up to 800+ in your wallet” encompasses parties organised for over 15 children. Each additional child over the required 15, paid for according to the price list of chosen package, participates for free. The maximum number of additional children for free is 5.
    13.2 The Inca Play playground reserves the right to organise one party covered by the offer daily on designated promotional days.
    13.3 If the organisation of a party covered by the offer is impossible on a given day, the reception employee/shift manager is obliged to propose the first possible date at which an organiser can use the special offer “up to 800+ in your wallet”.
    13.4 Inca Play reserves the right to limit the duration of the “special birthday offer”.
  1. The standard duration of a birthday party is 2 hours (the exception being the VIP package and the additionally paid service of a themed party which is extended to 3 hours). The possibility and conditions for organising a longer event are set individually with an Inca Play reception employee or shift manager (person responsible for the playground on a given day).
  2. The Organiser is obliged to arrive at Inca Play 15 minutes before the start of the event. The birthday room is ready and shown to the Organiser 10 minutes before the event starts.
  3. The costs of organising a party are stated in the price list. The cost is especially dependant on the the chosen package and number of party participants. The current price list is a supplement of these Regulations and is also available on the Inca Play playground website in the Birthday Parties tab.
  4. Reservations of birthday rooms, dates and birthday packages may be made in person at the Inca Play reception or through the online reservations system.
  5. A reservation made in person must be confirmed by paying a 300zł deposit ( in the case of a VIP package the deposit is 1000zł).
  6. A reservation made online is valid for 30 minutes. In this time, it is required to make a payment via the Payu system. After a reservation has been made, confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address.
  7. After paying a deposit, you are entitled to make a free of charge, one-time change to the event date yet no later than one week before the event is to take place. After this deadline has passed, you will be charged 200zł for any changes to the reservation date.
  8. The deposit is an advance payment of the costs incurred by Inca Play Sp. Z o. o. and will not be returned.
  9. Each child entering the playground receives a sticker or wristband indicating the birthday room, the parent receives a wristband.
  10. The late arrival of the Organisers or their guests does not cause the event to start later or the extension of time allowed in the playground.
  11. The Organiser is obliged to inform the reception employee of any specific requirements regarding the party and menu offered during the party, in this especially of any allergies the guests may have or other counter-indications. This information should be passed onto reception no later than 3 days before the event.
  12. Payment for the party takes place on the day of the event. The deposit will be subtracted from the total price. The Organiser is obliged to pay the total sum for the event no later than 15 minutes after the party has finished.
  13. The Organiser does not cover the cost of guardians accompanying children invited to the event, whereby this concerns only two guardians per child. Every person exceeding the number of 2 guardians per child will have to pay a 100% value entry fee.
  14. It is allowed to modify a reservation, in this, to change birthday packages and the number of party guests. Changes can be made by telephone, e-mail or in person at the Inca Play reception.
  15. The birthday party is run by a coordinator whose responsibility is the smooth running of the event. The coordinator does not look after the children. If no attraction has been chosen from the list of additional ones, the coordinator will not act as an animator.
  16. The Organiser is allowed to bring their own cake. This service carries an additional charge covering the cost of cutting and serving the cake. The cost of bringing your own cake is given in the birthday offer.
  17. The additional offer in the form of animations and workshops, with the exception of workshops run by subcontractors is realised during the event by a coordinator. The assistance in carrying out animations/workshops by an additional coordinator requires an additional charge as stated in the price list. In the case of animations/workshops led by a coordinator, the Organiser accepts his/her absence from them along with the absence of other parents.
  18. The Organiser carries the cost of purchased packages and additional attractions even if the children do not participate in them, or the number of children present is lower than the chosen package states. This provision also refers to the charge for animations and workshops organised in the playground.
  19. If the number of children present is higher than planned, the Organiser must pay for the undeclared children. The participants of an event are understood as all children who are present and participate in any part of the event, including siblings and other birthday boys/girls.
  20. The Organiser is obliged to respect the terms and conditions for the purchased package. The extension of a party’s duration beyond the stated time is only possible after such a possibility has been accepted beforehand by a reception employee or shift manager. In this case the payment will be made after the event is finished.
  21. Children use the playground wearing socks, tights or changed footwear. The Organiser and guardians may use the playground wearing shoe guards, whereas it is strictly prohibited to wear high heals. Organisers found wearing shoes without shoe guards in the playground may be escorted out of the playground.
  22. Guardians are obliged to make sure that children remove all elements of clothing (especially children’s jewellery) which can be potentially dangerous during play.
  23. Things left or found in the cloakroom will be kept by the Inca Play administrator for a week from the moment they are found. After this time has expired, the Inca Play administrator will be allowed to give these things to charity.
  24. It is forbidden to smoke tobacco, electronic cigarettes or iquos type cigarettes, drink alcohol or take other intoxicants on the Inca Play premises. Persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants are prohibited from being on the playground premises.
  25. It is forbidden to bring sharp and dangerous object into the playground.
  26. The Inca Play Administrator and owner and administrator of the Blue City Shopping Centre are not liable for the loss of damage of things left in the cloakroom or other areas of the playground.
  27. Discounts are only offered to regular Organisers. The terms and conditions for receiving discounts are included in the loyalty programme and shown to every Organiser.
  28. After the party is finished in the birthday room, the Organiser is obliged to remove all possessions belonging to him/her from it. The food, beverages and birthday cake remaining after a birthday are utilised immediately after the party ends unless the Organiser has informed the coordinator earlier about his/her intention of packing and taking what is left over. If the Organiser informs the coordinator of his/her wish to take the leftovers away but fails to do so, they will be utilised when all other birthday parties have ended on that given day.
  29. Meals and beverages purchased in the Inca Play cafe or for birthday parties may only be consumed in designated places, such as: the Inca Play cafe or birthday rooms and seating in the main hall. It is forbidden to consume food and drinks on the attractions, play structures and toys. It is forbidden to bring and consume food not purchased in the Inca Play cafe or for birthdays offers on the premises.
  30. Hot beverages are served in the birthday rooms only in paper or styrofoam cups.
  31. The Inca Play Administrator is not held responsible for delays in the realisation of, or inability to realise ordered services/offer due to circumstances beyond their control such as: delay causing accidents, respecting the demands of the Blue City Shopping Centre administrator, fire services or Shopping Centre security, the death or injury of an Inca Play employee/ subcontractor, acts of vandalism or terror; the closing of the Shopping Centre; break-downs of attractions, appliances, electricity, other factors essential to the realisation of services/offer; fire hazards and other chance events.
  32. All complaints should be made at the playground reception on the day of the visit. Complaints made at a later date will not be accepted. The basis of a complaint/ claim is the proof of payment for the service, and the submission of a complaint protocol. The claim will be addressed within 14 days of its submission.
  33. The Inca Play Administrator shall inform that, for security purposes, the entire perimeter of the playground is covered by video monitoring.
  34. Magic City Sp. Z o. o. with headquarters in Warsaw processes personal data in accordance with regulations of the EU Parliament valid as of May 25th 2018 and regulations and the EU Council 2016/679 of April 27th 2016 regarding the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing and personal data and the free flow of such data as well as the repeal of Directive 95/46/WE (general directive on the protection of personal data “GDPR”. (Dz.Urz.UE.L Nr 119).
  35. The methods of processing personal data, which Magic City Sp. Z o. o. is the administrator of, as well as the rights and demands of persons whose personal data is being processed, is described in the Inca Play Privacy Policy found on the www.incaplay.pl website and in information point of the Inca Play playground.   36. These Regulations are supplemented by: Regulations for the Organisation of Birthday Parties, Regulations for Organised Groups, Inca Play Cafe Regulations, Blue City Shopping Centre Regulations and Inca Play Privacy Policy, available on the www.incaplay.pl website and at the “Inca Play” playground information point.
  37. Administrative matters not included in these Regulations are decided by the entity responsible for operating the “Inca Play” Playground, defined in pt 2 above.
