Regulations of Workshops and Animations

Operated by Magic City Sp. Z o. o. with its headquarters in Warsaw

1. These Regulations of workshops and animations (known hereinafter as “Regulations”) determine the rights and obligations of participants of workshops and animations organised on the premises of the Inca Play playground. Entry into the playground area is equivalent to the acceptance of these Regulations.

2. The entity in charge of organising workshops and animations on the premises of the Inca Play playground and introducing these Regulations is Magic City Sp. z. z. with headquarters in Warsaw, contact number: 22 311 75 11, e-mail:

3. Workshops and animations take place in areas suitable for such activities, i.e. in birthday rooms. Cookery workshops only take place in a cookery room.

4. Workshops and animations are organised by the Inca Play playground administrator.

5. Workshops and animations take place when an adequate group is formed.They can take place by making a reservation for an organised group, for a birthday party, for a Chef Master birthday package, an individual decision made by the Inca Play playground administrator on the organisation of an open workshop, free of charge or paid activities or an additional attraction (free of charge or paid) during theme parties organised in the Inca Play playground.

6. Workshops and animations organised by the Inca Play playground administrator should be reserved four days before the event takes place. A reservation made within the proper date does not guarantee their realisation. In special cases, there exists the possibility of making a reservation in a time shorter than the required four days. The customer shall be informed about the possibility of realisation by telephone or e-mail before the scheduled workshop.

7. Reservations of workshops and animations should be made by phone, in person at the Inca Play playground reception or by e-mail at .

8. The cost of workshops and animations is determined by the price list. Apart from the regular price, the cost of the person leading the workshop or animation, decided on with the reservation maker, must be taken into account. An exception to this are workshops realised by Inca Play subcontractors; in such a case the cost is decided on individually with the reservation maker.

9. The minimal number of paying workshop or animation participants is dependant on the type of offer: in the case of birthday party workshop reservations the number is 10, in the case of organised groups it is 15 persons, in the case of open workshops, which require earlier enrolment, it is 5 participants. Free of charge activities do not have a minimal number of participants.

10. If children’s guardians participate in workshops, the maximum number of guardians per 1 child is 2 persons.

11. The person leading a workshop or animation may refuse to work with a child who ignores or refuses to carry out his/her instructions or disturbs the participation of other persons.

12. The organisation of workshops and animations is not equal to the taking over of guardianship of a child but only aims at the organisation of free time. Parents or guardians are responsible for children during activities- especially in situations where children leave the location of an activity.

13. Parents/guardians are obligated to inform the animator of illnesses, allergies or medical restrictions of a child participating in workshops or animations.

14. Photographs which may be posted on the website www.incaplay.pl or on the profile of the Inca Play playground or Blue City Shopping Centre on their Facebook portals are taken during workshops and animations. This way, the participation of children in workshops or animations is equal to permission for the use of a child’s image by the administrator of the Inca Play playground administrator and the administrator and owner of the Blue City Shopping Centre.

15. The Inca Play Administrator and owner and administrator of the Blue City Shopping Centre are not liable for the loss of damage of things left in the cloakroom or other areas of the playground. Things left or found in the cloakroom will be kept by the Inca Play administrator for a week from the moment they are found. After this time has expired, the Inca Play administrator will be allowed to give these things to charity.

16. Guardians and their charges are required to respect cleanliness and order.

17. Meals and beverages purchased in the Inca Play cafe or for birthday parties may only be consumed in designated places. It is forbidden to bring and consume food not purchased in the Inca Play cafe.

18. Guardians are obliged to inform children about these Regulations and rules for using the playground and individual equipment.

19. The playground manager reserves the right to refuse entry to the playground to any person whose behaviour is contrary to safety rules required by the regulations in the playground.

20. The Inca Play Administrator is not held responsible for delays in the realisation of, or inability to realise ordered services/offer due to circumstances beyond their control such as: delay causing accidents, respecting the demands of the Blue City Shopping Centre administrator, fire services or Shopping Centre security, the death or injury of an Inca Play employee/ subcontractor, acts of vandalism or terror; the closing of the Shopping Centre; break-downs of attractions, appliances, electricity, other factors essential to the realisation of services/offer; fire hazards and other chance events.

21. These Regulations are supplemented by: Regulations of the Inca Play Playground, Regulations of the Inca Play Cafe, Blue City Shopping Centre Regulations, available on the www.incaplay.pl website and at the “Inca Play” playground information point.

22. The Inca Play Administrator shall inform that, for security purposes, the entire perimeter of the playground is covered by video monitoring.

23. Magic City Sp. z o. o. With headquarters in Warsaw, Al. Jerozolimskie 179 is the administrator of the personal data of persons using the playground, whose data is collected and processed in connection with video surveillance. Every individual using the playground, whose personal data is processed by the Administrator has the right to access hie/her data and the right to correct it. The giving of data is voluntary, however it is required in order to use the playground.

24. The methods of processing personal data, which Magic City Sp. Z o. o. is the administrator of, as well as the rights and demands of persons whose personal data is being processed, is described in the Inca Play Privacy Policy found on the www.incaplay.pl website and in information point of the Inca Play playground. 25. Administrative matters not included in these Regulations are decided by the entity responsible for operating the “Inca Play” Playground, defined in pt 2 above.
