1. These Regulations determine the rights and obligations of persons using the Włosko i My Bistro. Entry into the Włosko i My Bistro area is equivalent to the acceptance of these Regulations.

2. The Włosko i My Bistro may be used by children, who use the Inca Play Playground, and their guardians.

3. Children use the Włosko i My Bistro only when under guardian or other adult supervision. The guardian is liable for any use of the Włosko i My Bistro.

4. Włosko i My Bistro is open on the same days and in the same hours as the Inca Play Playground.

5. It is forbidden to consume any food and drinks not purchased in the Włosko i My Bistro, as well as any food from self-catering birthday parties on the premises of the Włosko i My Bistro. Beverages and food may only be consumed in designated places such as the Włosko i My Bistro or Birthday Party Rooms, seating areas in the Main Hall. It is strictly forbidden to consume food and beverages on attractions, structures and toys.

6. We kindly ask you to order wisely- ordered products cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. Before purchase, the Customer has the right to inquire about the ingredients of a product and the wait time for its preparation.

8. The Włosko i My Bistro does not offer waitering services, therefore ordered products must be collected in person after they are prepared. If the Customer is tardy in collecting his/her order, then Włosko i My Bistro is no longer responsible for any changes which may occur to the products during this time.

9. The joining of tables in Włosko i My Bistro is forbidden. This does not concern the joining of tables by personnel of the Włosko i My Bistro.

10. There is a charge for table reservations. Reservations may be made by telephone, e-mail or in person at the Inca Play Playground reception. The current cost of reservations is given by Inca Play Playground reception employees.

11. The Inca Play Administrator and Blue City Shopping Centre Administrator are not responsible for any loss or damage to items left in the Włosko i My Bistro unless the loss or damage is caused by them.

12. The personnel of Włosko i My Bistro reserve the right to clear tables and food/ordered products and to its utilisation, if they believe that a table has been abandoned by customers.

13. It is forbidden to smoke tobacco and consume alcoholic beverages in the Włosko i My Bistro. Persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants are not allowed onto the premises of the Włosko i My Bistro.

14. The customers of Włosko i My Bistro are liable to any damage they cause to the property of the Włosko i My Bistro.

15. These Włosko i My Bistro Regulations are supplemented by the Inca Play Playground and Birthday Party Regulations. For matters unregulated in these Regulations, the above mentioned Regulations shall apply.

16. The personnel of the Włosko i My Bistro are not liable for any items left in the Włosko i My Bistro, in this, items left unattended.

17. The Inca Play Administrator is not held responsible for delays in the realisation of, or inability to realise ordered services/offer due to circumstances beyond their control such as: delay causing accidents, respecting the demands of the Blue City Shopping Centre administrator, fire services or Shopping Centre security, the death or injury of an Inca Play employee/ subcontractor, acts of vandalism or terror; the closing of the Shopping Centre; break-downs of attractions, appliances, electricity, other factors essential to the realisation of services/offer; fire hazards and other chance events.
