Regulations for organised groups
Operated by Magic City Sp. Z o. o. with its headquarters in Warsaw
- These Regulations for organised groups (known hereinafter as Regulations) determine the rights and obligations of persons using the Inca Play playground. Entry into the Inca Play playground area is equivalent to the acceptance of these Regulations.
- The entity in charge of operating and maintenance of the “Inca Play” playground and introducing these Regulations in Magic City Sp. z. z. with headquarters in Warsaw, contact number: 22 311 75 11, e-mail:
- The playground attractions (especially big wheels and two level play structure) are dedicated to children of all ages, with children under the age of 6 only being allowed on them in the company of an adult (a person responsible for a child using the playground) or under their direct supervision.
- Only children up to the age of 4 are permitted to use the separate Toddler Zone, and under the obligatory presence of a guardian.
- Other regulations for individual attractions may state different age limits of users than determined in pt. 3 of these Regulations. The decision is left at the discretion of the Inca Play employee operating the attraction (person responsible for Ferris Wheel) and guardians, who are fully responsible for children using the playground.
- Organised groups use the playground only under the supervision of adult guardians. Inca Play employees do not ensure the supervision of children using the infrastructure.
- The Inca Play administrator (director managing the playground) as well as the administrator and owner of the Blue City Shopping Centre are not liable for any damage caused by organised groups and their guardians using the playground, unless the damage is caused by them. The Inca Play administrator and the administrator of the Blue City Shopping Centre are not liable for the safety of persons using the playground who do not respect the regulations applicable to the area of the playground or other generally accepted rules of safety. If children, with the permission of their guardians, use the playground inappropriately to their age, abilities and skills, or in a way opposed to these Regulations and other generally accepted safety rules, the Inca Play administrator and the administrator of the Blue City Shopping Centre are not liable for the safety of such persons.
- The minimum number of members constituting a group is 15 children.
- The Inca Play playground accepts organised groups on weekdays in the hours between 11:00 and 15:00 with the exception of days when the Blue City Shopping Centre is closed. Organised group visits may take place on other days and hours only under the condition that the matter has been arranged with the shift manager (person responsible for the playground on a given day). An organised group visit requires an earlier reservation, at least 1 day before the group’s planned visit to Inca Play.
- The playground entry ticket prices for organised groups are determined by the price list. A purchased ticket is non-refundable. Entry on non-standard days and hours is arranged individually with the shift manager.
- The Inca Play administrator reserves the right to collect additional payment for the use of specific playground attractions. Information about attractions which require additional payment and their amounts are given at the reception and on the attractions themselves.
- Guardians are required to pass information regarding these Regulations and rules for using the playground and specific attractions to children.
- The Inca Play administrator reserves the right to refuse entry to any person whose behaviour is in conflict with the safety rules applicable in the Regulations of the Inca Play playground.
- The Inca Play administrator has the right to remove from the playground any person who does not follow these Regulations, the Inca Play Playground Regulations or the regulations for specific attractions, as well as any persons who misbehave and endanger, even potentially, the safety of other persons using the playground. In such cases, the entry fee is not lowered or returned.
- The Inca Play Administrator reserves the right to shut down any specific attractions/ appliances if they are deemed unsafe of faulty. The closing of attractions in the case of chance events (break-downs, accidents) or for safety reasons does not constitute the basis for ticket refunds or ticket price discounts.
- Guardians of organised groups use the playground free of additional charges.
- Organised groups and their guardians who remain on the playground premises are required to leave their clothes and shoes in the cloakroom or in the closed lockers nearby. Each child and carer are required to change their shoes, socks or tights in the cloakroom after the purchase of a ticket. Carers may also use shoe guards. It is absolutely forbidden to wear high healed shoes in the playground. Guardians wearing shoes or not wearing shoe guards in the playground may be asked to leave the premises. A carer is obliged to make sure that his/her child has removed all elements of clothing (especially children’s jewelry) which may cause potential danger when playing.
- The Inca Play Administrator and owner and administrator of the Blue City Shopping Centre are not liable for the loss of damage of things left in the cloakroom or other areas of the playground. Things left or found in the cloakroom will be kept by the Inca Play administrator for a week from the moment they are found. After this time has expired, the Inca Play administrator will be allowed to give these things to charity.
- Guardians and their charges are required to respect cleanliness and order.
- Meals and beverages purchased in the Inca Play cafe or for birthday parties may only be consumed in designated places. It is forbidden to bring and consume food not purchased in the Inca Play cafe.
- It is forbidden to smoke tobacco, electronic cigarettes or iquos type cigarettes, drink alcohol or take other intoxicants on the Inca Play premises. Persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants are prohibited from being on the playground premises.
- The removal of toys, appliances and any play structure elements from the playground is strictly prohibited. The child’s guardian is solely responsible for the damage of toys or appliances by his/her child.
- It is forbidden to bring any private toys to the playground, and any objects which pose a potential threat to the safety of other children using the playground.
- It is forbidden to bring animals to the playground.\All complaints should be made at the playground reception on the day of the visit. Complaints made at a later date will not be accepted. The basis of a complaint/ claim is the proof of payment for the service, and the submission of a complaint protocol. The claim will be addressed within 14 days of its submission.
- The Inca Play Administrator shall inform that, for security purposes, the entire perimeter of the playground is covered by video monitoring.
- Magic City Sp. Z o. o. with headquarters in Warsaw processes personal data in accordance with regulations of the EU Parliament valid as of May 25th 2018 and regulations and the EU Council 2016/679 of April 27th 2016 regarding the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing and personal data and the free flow of such data as well as the repeal of Directive 95/46/WE (general directive on the protection of personal data “GDPR”. (Dz.Urz.UE.L Nr 119).
- The methods of processing personal data, which Magic City Sp. Z o. o. is the administrator of, as well as the rights and demands of persons whose personal data is being processed, is described in the Inca Play Privacy Policy found on the www.incaplay.pl website and in information point of the Inca Play playground. - These Regulations are supplemented by: Regulations for the Organisation of Birthday Parties, Regulations for Organised Groups, Inca Play Cafe Regulations, Blue City Shopping Centre Regulations and Inca Play Privacy Policy, available on the www.incaplay.pl website and at the “Inca Play” playground information point.
- Administrative matters not included in these Regulations are decided by the entity responsible for operating the “Inca Play” Playground.
