Regulations of the Inca Play Playground

  1. These playground regulations ( hereinafter referred to as “Regulations” ) determine the rights and obligations of Inca Play playground users. Entry into the playground is equivalent to accepting these Regulations and Regulations of other individual attractions found on the premises. The entity in charge of operating and maintenance of the “Inca Play” playground, and introducing these Regulations in Magic City sp. z. z. With headquarters in Warsaw, contact number: 22 311 75 11, e-mail:

  2. The playground is suitable for children up to the age of 14. An exception to this rule are the climbing walls which do not have an upper age limit, only a weight limit of 140kg. The climbing walls have a separate set of Regulations, which should be familiarised before purchase of tickets for the climbing walls, or combined ticket for climbing walls-playground, the purchase of such a ticket is equivalent to accepting the Climbing Walls regulations.

  3. At weekends and national holidays, only one carer is permitted to accompany a child per ticket. Every additional carer must purchase a ticket at the current price.

  4. Children of any age are permitted to use the large attractions in the playground (especially the big wheels and multi-level play structure), whereas children under the age of 5 must be accompanied by an adult guardian (person responsible for child using playground) or under his/her direct supervision.

  5. The separate toddler zone may be used by children up to the age of 4 under adult supervision.

  6. Other regulations for individual attractions may state different age limits of users than determined in pt. 4 of these Regulations. The decision is left at the discretion of the Inca Play employee operating the attraction (person responsible for Ferris Wheel) and guardians, who are fully responsible for children using the playground.

  7. There exist additionally paid attractions in the playground, these are the slot machines (4zł/ game), other attractions are included in the ticket price.

  8. Children use the playground only under adult guardian supervision. Inca Play employees do not provide supervision of children using the playground. Leaving a child without supervision is at the guardian’s risk. In case of a child being abandoned in the playground and not picked up within closing hours, the shift manager (person responsible for the playground on a given day) is obliged to inform adequate institutions (including the police and Child Services) about this occurrence.

  9. A guardian who leaves an unsupervised child over the age of 6 in the playground, is obliged to inform the reception employee (person coordinating reception work) about this before purchasing a ticket, fill in a required statement form giving his/her contact data and, with help form a receptionist, put a chipped wrist band, with the child’s details and guardian’s telephone number, on the child’s arm. Leaving a child unsupervised in the playground is only permitted for up to 3 hours. The minimum age limit for leaving a child unsupervised is 6.

  10. The guardian is obligated to inform the child about the Regulations and rules for the use of the playground and attractions.

  11. Entry to, and exit from, the playground by a child is only allowed in the presence of a guardian.

  12. The Inca Play Administrator (Director managing playground) and Blue City Shopping Centre Administrator are not responsible for any damage caused in the playground by children and their guardians, unless the damage is caused by them. The Inca Play Administrator and Blue City Shopping Centre Administrator are not responsible for the safety of persons using the playground who do not respect the Regulations or other generally accepted safety rules.

  13. If a child, with permission from its guardian, uses the playground in a way inadequate to its age, abilities or contrary to these Regulations, the liability of the Inca Play Administrator and Blue City Shopping Centre Administrator and owner is excluded.

  14. The playground is open 7 days a week, with the exception of those days on which the Blue City Shopping Centre is closed. The Administrator reserves the right to close the playground, after publishing relevant information on the www.incaplay.pl website or in another form.

  15. Playground entry ticket prices for children and adults are specified in the price list. A purchased ticket cannot be returned.

  16. With the purchase of hourly tickets, the customer receives a timed wrist band, on which the entry time is recorded. The wrist band does not inform the buyer of when the time is up- the buyer is obliged to make note of this by him/herself. The wrist band must be returned upon exit, if the wrist band is lost and cannot be found on the premises of the playground, the buyer is required to pay 70zł and is then permitted to leave the playground.

  17. The bearers of all-day vouchers purchased or handed out earlier, are permitted to use the playground for the entire day. Apart from unlimited time, all bearers of this kind of voucher are effected by new, temporary regulations.

  18. Every person who carries an hourly timed ticket and has beed issued a wrist band, must purchase a new ticket after exiting the playground. A timed ticket does not permit returning to the playground after exiting it.

  19. All discount information and conditions are found at the Inca Play reception and on the incaplay.pl website under Pricing. If the buyer is entitled to discounts, they should inform the reception about this before purchasing a ticket. After a receipt has been issued there is no possibility of withdrawing it or changing the price.

  20. A child and its guardian who remain on the playground premises are required to leave their clothes and shoes in the cloakroom or in the closed lockers nearby. In order to use a locker, one must insert a 2zł coin into the lock mechanism, the coin is returned after you open the locker. The customer is held responsible for losing the locker key, if such a situation occurs, he/she must pay 50zł at reception for an emergency locker opening.

  21. Each child and carer are required to change their shoes, socks or tights in the cloakroom after the purchase of a ticket. Carers may also use shoe guards. It is absolutely forbidden to wear high healed shoes in the playground, along with unchanged socks, tights or to go barefoot.

  22. A carer is obliged to make sure that his/her child has removed all elements of clothing (especially children’s jewellery) which may cause potential danger when playing.

  23. The Inca Play Administrator and owner and administrator of the Blue City Shopping Centre are not liable for the loss of damage of things left in the cloakroom or other areas of the playground.

  24. Things left or found in the cloakroom will be kept by the Inca Play administrator for a week from the moment they are found. After this time has expired, the Inca Play administrator will be allowed to give these things to charity.

  25. Customers who are in the playground are required to wear the coded wristbands they have been issued when purchasing a timed entry ticket, to use them in accordance with their purpose and return them upon exit. The loss or damage or a wristband requires the payment of a fine as stated in Pricing.

  26. The Inca Play administrator reserves the right to refuse entry if there are too many people present in the playground at a given time.

  27. The Inca Play Administrator reserves the right to demand additional payment for the use of specific playground attractions. Information regarding which attractions require additional payment are to be found at reception and on the attractions themselves.

  28. The Inca Play Administrator reserves the right to prohibit the entry of persons whose behaviour goes against the safety regulations applicable to the playground.

  29. The Inca Play Administrator may ask a person who does not respect these Regulations or regulations of individual attractions, a well as a person whose inappropriate behaviour may cause potential harm for other playground users to leave. In such cases, the ticket is not refunded.

  30. The Inca Play Administrator reserves the right to shut down any specific attractions/ appliances if they are deemed unsafe of faulty. The closing of attractions in the case of chance events (break-downs, accidents) or for safety reasons does not constitute the basis for ticket refunds or ticket price discounts.

  31. The Inca Play Administrator is not held responsible for delays in the realisation of, or inability to realise ordered services/offer due to circumstances beyond their control such as: delay causing accidents, respecting the demands of the Blue City Shopping Centre administrator, fire services or Shopping Centre security, the death or injury of an Inca Play employee/ subcontractor, acts of vandalism or terror; the closing of the Shopping Centre; break-downs of attractions, appliances, electricity, other factors essential to the realisation of services/offer; fire hazards and other chance events.

  32. Guardians and their charges are required to respect cleanliness and order.

  33. Entry to the playground is equivalent to consenting to the release of image by Magic City Sp. z o. o. for marketing and advertising purposes.

  34. Meals and beverages purchased in the Inca Play cafe or for birthday parties may only be consumed in designated places, such as: the Inca Play cafe or birthday rooms and seating in the main hall. It is forbidden to consume food and drinks on the attractions, play structures and toys. It is forbidden to bring and consume food not purchased in the Inca Play cafe or for birthday offers on the premises.

  35. It is forbidden to smoke tobacco, electronic cigarettes or iquos type cigarettes, drink alcohol or take other intoxicants on the Inca Play premises. Persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants are prohibited from being on the playground premises.

  36. The removal of toys, appliances and any play structure elements from the playground is strictly prohibited. The child’s guardian is solely responsible for the damage of toys or appliances by his/her child.

  37. It is forbidden to bring any private toys to the playground, and any objects which pose a potential threat to the safety of other children using the playground.

  38. It is forbidden to bring animals to the playground.

  39. All complaints should be made at the playground reception on the day of the visit. Complaints made at a later date will not be accepted. The basis of a complaint/ claim is the proof of payment for the service, and the submission of a complaint protocol. The claim will be addressed within 14 days of its submission.

  40. The Inca Play Administrator shall inform that, for security purposes, the entire perimeter of the playground is covered by video monitoring.

  41. The methods of processing personal data, which Magic City Sp. Z o. o. is the administrator of, as well as the rights and demands of persons whose personal data is being processed, is described in the Inca Play Privacy Policy found on the www.incaplay.pl website and in the information point of the Inca Play playground.   42. These Regulations are supplemented by: Regulations for the Organisation of Birthday Parties, Regulations for Organised Groups, Inca Play Cafe Regulations, Blue City Shopping Centre Regulations and Inca Play Privacy Policy, available on the www.incaplay.pl website and at the “Inca Play” playground information point.

  43. Administrative matters not included in these Regulations are decided by the entity responsible for operating the “Inca Play” Playground, defined in pt 2 above.
