\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    1. These Regulations of the Toddler Zone (known hereinafter as \u201cRegulations\u201d) determine the rights and obligations of persons using the Toddler Zone found on the premises of the Inca Play playground. Entry into the Toddler Zone area is equivalent to the acceptance of these Regulations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol>

      1. The entity in charge of operating the Toddle Zone and introducing these Regulations in Magic City Sp. z. z. with headquarters in Warsaw, contact number: 22 311 75 11, e-mail: <\/span>info@incaplay.pl<\/span><\/a><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      2. Only children up to four years of age, and under obligatory supervision of an adult guardian, are allowed to use the Toddler Zone.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      3. It is forbidden to remove any toys from the Toddler Zone.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      4. The toys should be used according to their purpose. The guardian shall be held responsible if their charge damages a toy.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      5. Users of the Toddler Zone are obliged to maintain cleanliness and order.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      6. The W\u0142osko i My Bistro will reheat products for children at a guardian\u2019s request i.e. breast milk, formula and food in jars. Products should be consumed outside the Toddler Zone, in places designated for food consumption.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      7. Baby changing areas are located in the child and parent room and the lavatory for disabled persons.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      8. The Inca Play Administrator<\/span><\/span> shall inform that, for security purposes, the entire perimeter of the playground is covered by video monitoring.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      9. The methods of processing personal data, which Magic City Sp. Z o. o. is the administrator of, as well as the rights and demands of persons whose personal data is being processed, is described in the Inca Play Privacy Policy found on the <\/span>www.incaplay.pl<\/span><\/a><\/u> website and in information point of the Inca Play playground.       10. These Regulations are supplemented by: Regulations for the Organisation of Birthday Parties, Regulations of the Inca Play Playground, Blue City Shopping Centre Regulations and Inca Play Privacy Policy, available on the <\/span>www.incaplay.pl<\/span><\/a><\/u> website and at the \u201cInca Play\u201d playground information point. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      11. Administrative matters not included in these Regulations are decided by the entity responsible for operating the \u201cInca Play\u201d Playground, defined in pt 2 above.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
