  1. These Birthday Party Regulations (hereinafter referred to as \u201cRegulations\u201d) determine the rights and obligations of persons organising and participating in birthday parties held in Inca Play. These regulations are applicable within the entire space of the Inca Play playground.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    1. The entity in charge of operating the \u201cInca Play\u201d playground and introducing these Regulations in Magic City Sp. z. z. with headquarters in Warsaw, contact number: 22 311 75 11, e-mail: <\/span>info@incaplay.pl<\/span><\/a><\/u>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    2. The making of a reservation is equivalent to the acceptance of these Regulations and the Regulations of the Inca Play Playground. The Inca Play receptionist (the person coordinating reception work at the Inca Play reception) is obliged to inform the organiser (i.e. the person wishing to organise a birthday party at Inca Play) about the possibility of familiarising themselves with these Regulations available on the <\/span>www.incaplay.pl<\/span><\/a><\/u> website. At the organiser\u2019s request, the reception employee will send these Regulations to an e-mail address provided by the organiser.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    3. The organiser and participants of the party are obliged to adhere to these Regulations as well as the Regulations of the Inca Play Playground, Inca Play Cafe Regulations and the Regulations of individual attractions found on Inca Play premises. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    4. Birthday parties are organised for children up to the age of 14. The Organiser must be of legal age.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    5. The Organiser is obliged to provide care and supervision of invited children. The birthday coordinator (person responsible for the technical service of the party) and animator (person running the animation and workshops for children, also acting as coordinator) will not provide care for children participating in the party. The Organiser is obliged to remain on Inca Play premises for the duration of the party and until the last party participant has left Inca Play or ensure, that each party participant remaining in the playground is accompanied by a guardian (person responsible for child using the playground).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    6. The Inca Play Administrator (Director managing playground) and Blue City Shopping Centre Administrator are not liable for any damage incurred during the party held in Inca Play, unless the damage was incurred through their fault. All responsibility falls on the Organiser of the party and guardians of children participating in the event. In particular, the Organiser is responsible for any damage to decorative elements found in the birthday rooms and will be obliged to carry out any repairs they require or to cover the costs of repair for the given damage. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    7. Each child (birthday child included) is counted separately according to the birthday package chosen by the Organiser.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    8. In order to use the additionally paid the slot machines found on Inca Play premises, the user must pay a fee of 4z\u0142\/game by cash or card for each individual game. Details are to be found in the offer and Playground regulations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    9. The minimum number of children for whom the Organiser pays is 10. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    10. Birthday parties are organised in Inca Play every day, with the exception of those days when Blue City Shopping Centre is closed. Inca Play reserves the right to reject the organisation of a birthday party on different day. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
